Our Services
Initial intake appointment
During an initial intake appointment for a mental health visit, the patient typically meets with the clinician to discuss their reasons for seeking treatment, medical and mental health history, current symptoms and concerns, as well as any previous treatments or medications. The clinician may also conduct various assessments to gather more information about the patient's mental health needs. The intake appointment is crucial in establishing a therapeutic relationship, understanding the patient's needs, and developing an appropriate treatment plan. This process also helps to determine the needs of the patient, allowing for appropriate care and support to be provided.
follow up appointment
During a follow-up appointment for a mental health visit, the patient and clinician typically review progress since the initial visit, discuss any changes in symptoms or concerns, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, and collaborate on adjustments to the treatment plan if necessary. The clinician may also reassess the patient's mental health status and overall well-being to ensure that they are on the right path toward recovery. Follow-up appointments are essential for monitoring progress, addressing any new developments or challenges, and providing ongoing support to help the patient achieve their mental health goals. This continued relationship between the patient and clinician is crucial in promoting long-term mental wellness and stability.
telehealth availability
Telehealth appointments for visits provide a convenient option for individuals to access mental health care from the comfort of their own environment. This eliminates the need for travel and waiting rooms, making it easier for patients to schedule appointments around their daily responsibilities. Additionally, telehealth appointments can improve access to care for individuals who live in remote areas or have limited mobility, allowing them to connect with a mental health provider without any barriers. The flexibility of telehealth appointments also makes it easier for individuals to seek help when they need it, leading to more consistent and timely mental health support.
