Our Services
Initial intake appointment
During an initial intake appointment for a mental health visit, you will meet with your provider to discuss your reasons for seeking treatment, medical and mental health history, current symptoms and concerns, as well as any previous treatments or medications. Your provider may also conduct various assessments to gather more information about your mental health needs. The intake appointment is crucial in establishing a therapeutic relationship, understanding your needs, and developing an appropriate treatment plan.
follow up appointment
During a follow-up appointment for a mental health visit, you and your provider will review your progress, discuss any changes in symptoms or concerns, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, and collaborate on adjustments to the treatment plan if necessary. Your provider will reassess your mental health status and overall well-being to ensure you are on the right path toward recovery. Follow-up appointments are essential for monitoring progress, addressing any new developments or challenges, and providing ongoing support to help you achieve your mental health goals. This continued relationship between you and your provider is crucial in promoting long-term mental wellness and stability.
